Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of naishacosmetics.com and the purchase of products from Naisha Cosmetics. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. While we photograph every product faithfully, minor variations in colour may occur due to screen calibration. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to limit quantities per customer on promotional items.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation (or COD verification). We accept UPI, major credit/debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery on eligible orders. Naisha reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders flagged by our fraud-prevention systems, with a full refund where payment was captured.

Wallet, Coupons & Referrals

Naisha Wallet credit and reward points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. One coupon may be applied per order unless stated otherwise. Referral rewards are credited after the referred order completes its return window, and abuse of the programme may lead to forfeiture of credits.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — product names, formulas, photography, copy and the Naisha marks — is the property of Naisha Cosmetics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability & Governing Law

Our products are for external cosmetic use as directed; always patch-test new skincare. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai holding exclusive jurisdiction.
