Every Naisha product leaves our atelier quality-checked and lovingly packed. If something is not perfect, we will make it right — quickly and without drama.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or swatched cosmetics, skincare and fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video — our team resolves these on priority, usually within one working day.
Head to My Orders, select the item and choose "Return", or write to care@naishacosmetics.com with your order number. We arrange a free reverse pickup wherever serviceable.
Once the return passes our quality check (1–2 working days after pickup), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your Naisha Wallet instantly, or to your bank account within 7 working days upon request.
Gift cards, items marked "final sale", and free promotional products are not eligible for return. Gift set components cannot be returned individually.
